e-Briefly is strictly intended for uploading and managing documentation related to court proceedings within the jurisdiction of applicable Indian law. Unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, termination, and potential legal action.

You represent and warrant that all documents submitted are true, accurate, complete, and legally permissible. You accept full liability for any inaccuracies or omissions. The Platform does not review, validate, or assess documents. You are solely responsible for retaining your records. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from user action or inaction.

e-Briefly is a document processing service only and does not provide legal advice, interpretation, representation, or consultation. Use of the Platform does not create any attorney-client, fiduciary, or confidential relationship.

Cases will be updated on the court portal within 24-48 hours of successful submission, and an acknowledgement slip will be shared with you. However, this timeline is contingent upon the portal being functional and accessible. If the portal is down or experiencing technical issues, you will be notified via email. In such cases, you may opt for a refund or wait until the portal resumes service.

All fees paid for services are non-refundable once document processing has commenced. You are responsible for verifying all information before submission. Payment transactions are securely handled by third-party gateways; we do not store your payment information. Pricing may change without notice.

If any mandatory document is missing, we will update your data by uploading a blank page in place of the missing document.
